Sandy D’Acey

Sandy D’Acey

Sandy’s introduction to singing started at the age of 4, standing on a footstool in the living room, singing the theme song of her favorite TV show into a hairbrush. At 9, she produced and starred in a community concert, sang in church in her teens, which led to a commitment to the arts 10 years later, where she studied and graduated from the Young Canadian School of Arts program.

Throughout her career, Sandy has performed on television, on radio, and in many venues such as clubs, cruise ships in many parts of world – Europe, Las Vegas, Nashville and in Shanghai, China for an international music festival.

Realizing the impact of music on her audiences locally and abroad, Sandy wanted to give back to the Calgary community. She began sharing her love of singing, vocal education and performing experience with clients of all ages as a Voice Coach. Through the exploration of her own vocal sound through a body, mind and soul approach and her own personal and spiritual development, an idea sparked. Sandy began studying the healing modality of Sound Therapy, and discovered the vibrational synergy between voice and sound. She became certified as a practitioner in 2008. As a result, her voice clients learn how to bring out their unique sound, with confidence for singing or public speaking.
