Creating an Emergent WorkForce in Your Organization.
Now that you have chosen The Emergent Workforce program from the Sound Wellness Institute, it is time to select the modules that best match the needs of those attending.
If you are sending more than 30 people to the Emergent WorkForce program, it is acceptable, and perhaps even desirable to choose a program unique to each group. For instance, if you have a number of your employees who are challenged by workplace stress, they could be placed in a group that experiences modules that support stress management, whereas a group that has difficulties working in a team environment could include more modules on Perceptual and Emotional Intelligence.
Before you begin, please evaluate the specific needs that are most important to your organization to improve.
We highly recommend that the selection of modules should be completed with your Enrollment Manager.
Your Enrollment Manager has the expertise to help you select the modules best suited to your employee’s needs.
Once you have determined the groups and their needs, go ahead and complete the form. If you get interrupted, there is an option to save your work, and return to it later. Simply click the ‘Save’ button that is at the bottom of each page. When you do, it will provide a link to resume the calculator. Be sure to copy the link and save it in a Word file or equivalent. You can then copy the link and paste it in your browser to continue.
