Program Delivery

The Emergent WorkForce™ program was created to deliver Extraordinary Experiences! It is these experiences that inspire extraordinary contributions from our participants. To that end, the curriculum is tailored to the needs of those attending. Greater or lessor emphasis is placed on the modules to best serve the needs of those attending. A pre-assessment is completed prior to the program to gauge the needs of the group. We will then work with you to ensure that the needs of the group are satisfied.

Workbooks, and all other necessary materials are provided, and are included in the course fees. While some may be drawn to do so, there is no requirement for an employee to purchase any additional materials.

Options for Delivery

In-Person

Without question, it is always best to deliver our programs in person. The interaction that is possible between the instructors and the participants cannot be matched outside of a live presentation. Students completing an exercise in the Sound Wellness programThe exercises are best experienced in small groups. And feeling the direct effect and benefits of the various sound tools cannot be matched in any other way.

For those reasons all of our one-day and longer programs are available in person, in a ‘classroom’ setting. In most cases we can come to you – it’s much less expensive for us to travel to you than to send a large group of your employees to us.

In-person programs are held in hotel meeting rooms, or conference centers. We make every effort to use meeting space that is close to your business location to minimize the impact of travel on those attending. Courses run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one hour lunch break and two 15 minute coffee breaks.

Live-Stream or On-Line Learning

It is not always possible to do in-person events. The challenges of assembling a group of people in one place at one time may be too difficult. Restrictions from the COVID situation, and others that may follow, can limit our ability to meet in person.

In addition to in-person events, we offer our programs by live-stream (using the zoom platform), and on-line with our Learning Management System (lms). We can even offer in-person programs blended with live-stream, to make it possible for remote employees to join in without the need for travel.

Our objective is simple: to provide the best training experience that matches the needs and constraints of your organization. We will work with you to ensure that everyone receives an exceptional experience.

Number of Participants

We place strict limits on the size of our programs. We require at least 15 people, and permit no more than 30 people in each session. Our target is 25 participants. If you are sending more than 30 people to our program, the participants will be split into groups of between 15 and 30 people.

During our in-person sessions, we have at least one Certified Practitioner for every 15 participants in the room to further support the learning.

Timing of Program Sessions

To maximize the benefit to our participants, and to minimize the impact on your organization, each employee typically attends the training one day per month. However, there is always flexibility. Custom schedules can be implemented where there are specific needs or limitations.

Between each session, employees are expected to complete homework exercises. These exercises are designed to be done each day, and because of that, they are very short – no exercise takes over five minutes per day to complete.

There are two post-assessments following the program. The first is completed at the conclusion of the program prior to the end of the fourth day. The second is completed 4 to 6 months after the program has ended.

Follow-up

We offer follow-up coaching monthly following the program. These are offered either in person, in the form of a round table discussion, or lunch-and-learn, or they may be offered as a video conference. The follow-up meetings are to ensure that employees have all the available resources to fully integrate their learning into their daily life, and to suggest ways to further support that effort. These meetings are optional, but are highly recommended!
